Data Retention & Deletion

Location Data Persistence: To protect your privacy, location data is only used for real-time tracking during an active journey and is not stored permanently. We do not save your personal location history.

Account Deletion: We retain your basic account data (name, email) as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time through the Settings > Delete Account menu in the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active databases.

Payments for travel services are processed via PayHere. You agree to pay all fares and fees associated with your journeys. Fares are calculated based on distance and service type as displayed in the app before booking.

Travel Pass acts as a facilitator. While we screen drivers, we are not liable for the individual conduct of users or drivers, or for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If something goes wrong with your payment or journey, here is how we handle it:

1. Cancellations

If a journey is cancelled by the driver after payment, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

2. Disputes

If you believe you were overcharged or experienced a service failure, please contact support within 48 hours. We investigate all claims and issue partial or full refunds where applicable.
